YepThat's not a mental thing, them hex bars def hit different and the weight is more functionally distributed.
Gotcha. Was supposed to pull sumo after squatting this morning but got the itis after breakfast and end up napping.
Went this afternoon and pulled a 5# sumo pr (double overhand no less) after squats.
Could just be his frame. I've seen big people report having prollems pulling straight bar.
One of the downsides of being 6'6" I guess.![]()
