Is my homework out Ass if I dont generate a good sweat?

Increase reps And decrease rest time in between sets

Great question...for some reason I only really sweat sweat if I'm doing cardio. Lifting weights nah...does that mean I should increase weights:patrice:

  • Jump rope intervals & dynamic stretching
  • Circuit leg session
  • Peloton ab workout
  • 30 min peloton spin class
