just realized there’s a b-ball court about 2 blocks from me (I never walk that direction). Haven’t run suicides on a court since basketball practice in high school. Is it:

- free throw, half court, free throw, baseline or
- free throw, top of key/three point, half court, key, free throw, baseline? :jbhmm:

I feel like it’s the latter knowing how much I used to hate them, without the key, they seem bearable

Damn just called me fat :mjcry:

Naw but I wanna build more muscle , I figured it be easier to bulk & then focus on cutting from there.

My main issue is stomach so if I cut first I feel like I'd be too small & harder to build muscle. I'm 230lbs now. Goal is 240 & tone up from that point.

What would you suggest?

All them years of whole pizzas & liquor got me looking 8 months pregnant:sadcam:
One of the coli folk that train for mass have to answer this for you Breh.

So talked to the dietitian/ nutrition lady at my job and told her what my goals was. Basically I gotta lose 10 more lbs( I'm 267 now) to get my bmi body fat down and get my 6 pack. :francis:

The rock is taking shyt fighting his genetics and its taking its toll, look at his face. Terry uses as well but he's shorter than you think so it looks better on him. You don't have the time to train the way they do going natural. Im finna ncrease my cardio, water intake, it's time to really clean my eating. My goal is at least 260 by June. Wish me luck y'all

Thought brehs might find this interesting. This is what my gym sent this morning. For context this is a single location gym with one owner:

We will start with a total of 30 trainers and members at one time in the first week

then 40 the following week

and 50 the week following that


How to come into the building:

  • Everyone (staff, trainers and members) will enter one at a time through the FRONT door furthest from the front desk. ONE at a time!!! That door will be left OPEN so you do not have to touch the handle.

  • Everyone will wash their hands in the break-room sink. The washcloth will be put in the basket at the front desk.

  • You will have your temperature checked by a touch-less forehead thermometer. Anyone with with a temp above normal (98.6) will be asked to leave. If you are asked to leave for a temperature, you will not be allow to return for 4 weeks.

  • You will have to sign a COVID-19 release/acknowledgement only once.

  • You can then use the scanner to check-in or the front desk staff will check you in. The swing gate will NOT unlock like normal. The front desk staff will have to unlock the gate.

  • Take a workout towel and enter the workout area.

  • You will also have to "check" yourself in by putting a token from the OUT bin to the IN bin. This will allow us to regulate how many people are within the building.

  • OK ....NOW you can go workout.

  • WHEN YOU LEAVE - you have to "check - out". We ask that you limit your workouts for now to 1-hour.


Other smaller changes:

  • The towel bins in the bathrooms are gone. We need you to drop them through the opening into the laundry room. Those will be the only towel drops in the workout area and locker-room area.

  • We will have some additional equipment on the back deck. Spaced out. You do NOT have to check-in to go use this equipment. We do ask that you maintain your membership to use this equipment.

  • This Thursday (4/23) we are having a disinfecting fogger brought in. The effects will last about 1 month.

  • Please wash your hands in the bathroom on the way out (let's keep the break-room sink for those coming into the facility). The equipment has a LOT of disinfectant on it.
