Got 3 more days left of my 25 Pull Ups everyday for 25 days challenge, so I thought up a new challenge if anyone wants to join:

Its The Donkey Kong WOD from CrossFit.
Burpees/KB Swings/Box Jump
3 Rounds: 21 of each, 15 of each, 9 of each done for time.
I want to make sure my lower back and knee is up for this, so I came up with this to work my body up to it: 4 Variations of the DK spread out over 10 Weeks, done 3 days per week.
Weeks 1-2 : Mini-Kong 11-7-5
Weeks 3-4 : Baby-Kong 15-9-6
Weeks 5-7: Donkey-Kong 21-15-9
Weeks 8-9: King-Kong 25-20-15
Final Week: God-Kong 25-25-25

especially ankles from all those basketball sprains I just laced up tighter with. Just a few cursory *sessions have made a world of difference already
