Hmm, @The ADD is that a diet area? Other than lower body exercises/abs that’s what I was told.

Could be several things:
- General genetics, people gain and keep fat in certain areas just based on individuality. Most people of the time in a lot of people it’s the last place to see improvement.
- Could be diet, I had a macro coach caution me against consistently having high fat and high carb meals. Based on that programming and to this day I can power through a pretty high carb meal (300 - 400 grams) with virtually no bloat if the fat macros are fairly low. When the fat and carbs are high it can get bloat city real quick. My personal belief is that people demonizing carbs don’t take into account they are likely consuming them in combination with high fat content foods. Longer discussion for another thread but something to think about.
