Adding jump roping into my time inbetween sprints but this week I need to pick up on cardio all together been slacking
First gym I’ve been to that requires the mask at all times. Other gyms I been taking it off during cardio & some weights .
I’m bout to pass out in this bytch..luckily I’m chewing gum so my breath don’t smell like @portcityplaya farts after the buffet line

@All-Black the Necroverse i went ahead and kept reps to the 8 Max & upped the weight like you recommended but I didn’t feel as much a pump. Before I was doing 12-20 but lower weight ...that normal![]()
