Man i worked out early in the morning and i was hungry all damn day :damn:

Is it sposed to be like that? :damn:

When I go in the afternoon or night I dont feel as hungry
I don’t feel hungry after working out in the morning either. Says I burned 748 cals during my workout today, yet I’ve eaten 200 cals today (not trying to starve myself, but I’m listening to my body re: hunger, some days I’m :eat: others I’m :feedme: )

Worked out today at 5 and almost :dead:. Had no energy and even multiple light sets seemed to drain what little I did have. Wasn't drained the rest of the day but that workout kicked my ass.:flabbynsick:


Legs tomorrow so Imma go to bed tonight mad. :upsetfavre:

I been doing a ton of sitdown squats since I started back. IDK why ive been doing them but i think Im bout to bush em and use those reps on regular squats.
