Anyone here fukk with resistance bands as replacement for heavy weights? Willing to drop $200 on some bands if it's legit, tryna use em to do all my compound lifts

i have a good set..they came in handy when i took 2018 off from lifting because tendinitis was kicking my ass.....i use them now since i cant go and lift at my gym

Think I’ve finally found enough mask options that work. Using them ain’t fun but it’s manageable if heavy compounds are 1-5 reps. Secondary work 8-10 and I’m not totally gasping for air. :manny:
