Lifting only. I do my cardio outside with no mask. Might be manageable if to mostly breath through your nose but breathing through your moth not so much.
Cool . I struggle breathing thru nose while running anyway. I might cop still since it only take 2 days .

That mile and fukking tire bust my ass today not gone lie. I had the vest on for the workout
Tire slams
Then tire jumps
Uphill runs
Flip tire up the hill
Then drag the tire back down

All with a 50lb weightvest on :dead:

Almost ate squat rack wood flooring tryna jump up 2 feet with 75 pounds strapped to my waist on my 2nd last chin-up set. Felt so :flabbynsick:.

Appetite died this week, I mean I ate a medium pizza between Friday and Saturday and still managed to end the week down 3 lbs :mjlol:


Also means I had a shyt workout Friday and didn’t exercise at all other than core yesterday and today. Funny enough I need to find a way to at least eat enough to fuel my workouts this week

A 12 hr shift I burn 1200 calories and walk close to 4 miles a day as a CNA
I'm not eating 2000 calories but I feel ok because of my water intake

I fukked up my maitenance by doing 50 minutes on the treadmill 5 days a week for like 2 years...while eating only 1800 calories a day when the gyms was open. Body got used to that shyt and threw all my shyt off so now I gotta go extra low calories and do weight training and cardio just to cut:martin: trial and error is a mufukka. Now I see why I was the only person spending damn near an hour on the treadmill.

I ate all that damn pasta last week, was putting away 500 grams of whey (gainer) a day, did almost no cardio, and still lost half a pound. :what:
