I'm gonna get some 2 a-days in this week.

In fact I'm going to make a spreadsheet of my regimen.

Morning/Lunch
Lunch/After Work
Morning/After Work

That's not even counting my 10am ab work while watching The Price is Right.

Using some again after not fukking with it for a minute (was on some other brands).

That shyt is so weak I usually have to add caffeine to it just to get a buzz. :scust:

Only upside is it doesn't make me want to take a shyt mid workout. :lolbron: :damn:

Funny cuz the last two times I’ve taken it I’ve got the shyts right before going in.

Was able to hold it so I guess them squats been working:lolbron:
