This quarantine has been godly to a breh's bodytook up yoga and flexibility 5-6 days a wk, which has my knee feeling almost 100% again, which finally got me to get back to lower body training, which finally got me back to effective full body training. And back on my bike. Add in that I'm cooking 90% of my food again (grill szn
).
I told myself I wouldn't check scale until next wk, but visual progress if I had to guess I'm back to my adult foundational 185-190 range. I can see my uppers again, and I just got a couple inches left on my donut (it was a full spare coming into quarantine). I would be semi-beach-ready if shyt was normal
wanna get down to 185 before I start upping cals again.
Edit: if only I could go to the gym and run 5s again

All I know is I feel better in a fasted state than I do fed which is why I fast. Food tastes great going down but after that it doesn't feel as good as I feel with an empty stomach.
The health benefits in terms of longevity and weight loss are just a plus. I just like how I feel during the 36-48 hour mark during fast.
