This quarantine has been godly to a breh's body :mjcry: took up yoga and flexibility 5-6 days a wk, which has my knee feeling almost 100% again, which finally got me to get back to lower body training, which finally got me back to effective full body training. And back on my bike. Add in that I'm cooking 90% of my food again (grill szn :blessed:).

I told myself I wouldn't check scale until next wk, but visual progress if I had to guess I'm back to my adult foundational 185-190 range. I can see my uppers again, and I just got a couple inches left on my donut (it was a full spare coming into quarantine :mjlol:). I would be semi-beach-ready if shyt was normal :wow: wanna get down to 185 before I start upping cals again.

Edit: if only I could go to the gym and run 5s again


My goals ended up changing once I hit about 180. I could tell I was still feeling better but that yoga was teaching me better body mechanics that I felt I would get more out of getting all the way down to the meat and potatoes. Ended up at currently about 172, HS weight :mjcry: I have better base strength, balance and will have better coordination than I’ve ever had in my life. Knee pain is gone (my glutes, hips, and core been lying to me all my life lmao I realized that knee took on all the weight of every sport and activity I ever took place in because I never loaded properly), and I can stand in front of a mirror and track my support from my feet all the way up to my neck in balance. I look way better in the 170s now than I did as a super bony teen too :mjgrin: once I start putting this healthy weight on to close the yr out :banderas: next yr is gonna be super crucial

All I know is I feel better in a fasted state than I do fed which is why I fast. Food tastes great going down but after that it doesn't feel as good as I feel with an empty stomach.

The health benefits in terms of longevity and weight loss are just a plus. I just like how I feel during the 36-48 hour mark during fast.

Drove all way to the gym today and found out they closed early :stopitslime:. Thought it was going to be one of those days. Worked out at home and hit prs on ohp and squat :blessed:. I'm pumped. Hit a deadlift pr last night. Lol. IDK wtf is going on. Finally hit advanced level on symmetricstrength.com

I'm at 93.2 rn and still have 7 more weeks of Squat Everyday. Already hit PRs on Front Squat, OHP, Pendlay Row, and Incline Bench this last month. :ohlawd:
