Just did a bunch of dips brehs. Haven't done dips in a long ass time man. Good feeling. Ain't gonna even lie. After I squated 315 8 times :wow:

Pan fried some tilapia using protein power and a little corn meal to coat it. Not bad at all.

The weather was so nice this morning, so I went running before work; it gave me a lot of energy. I usually lag around this time of the day, but I feel like I just took a caffeine pill.

Did 90lbs. for OHP and had to lower it to 80 for the last 5 sets. My shoulders/arms/upper back were bulging...my core was sore from keeping straight. Very humbling. It hurts to type right now. Legs are tomorrow and I haven't done leg work in almost 2 weeks from knee soreness. :dwillhuh:
