Nope, just more setsAnybody break their typical routine for a couple weeks to focus on areas that need development? I was thinking about two leg days - one for unilateral movements only to benefit my left leg, and an upper body press day, my pressing movements are weak AF compared to pulling (partly due to a weak wrist).
You lighten the weight to keep pushing more sets? Im usually working where I’m (close to) failing the last 1-2 reps on my last set, I’d have to drop the weight to push anymoreNope, just more sets
