Yea…not sure I’ll be able to squat today. Back ain’t 100% there. Had to switch from BO Row to Cable Row to preserve my back (amazing call by the way).
May do hack squat today and Friday as a replacement. Hopefully by next Tuesday I’ll be good to go.

I'm definitely using a belt when I flirt with bodyweight. Most folks don't even strict press like that so it's whatever to me.![]()

Maybe should alternate weeks between back and front squat.Yea this lower back thing just messed up my whole routine this week. Legit could not squat or DL. Even the hack squat and leg press were iffy. Freaking herniated discs man
Gonna be all upper body this week. I should at least be able to play soccer though…we’ll see

You almost have to prep like an athlete when you’re initially starting squats regularly.
But after a while your body gets used to it.
From the sounds of it, even though have been squatting and deadlifting in the past few months, you’re body still isn’t really used to it.
