What do you leaen from failing your singles?I don't use safeties in the rack. Imma either make it or I won't.
I learn more by failing my singles than I do by hitting them.

Makes sense. Starting from a low weight on this program has definietly been helping me sharpen technique in all those categories. Understand now why one must respect the Iron and gradually progress.Foot positioning.
Bracing.
Stance width.
Leverage.
Bar placement.
Current muscle group weakness.

You can also do both. Do all your heavy sets lowbar and then after the heaviest set do 3-5 backoff sets where you do high bar and go atg + plus a pause on the last rep. Ive been doing it this way for a while and been seing decent progress.
So for example next week my top set is 335 x 3. Then after that I go back down to 260 and do 3x5 highbar and go as low as I can
