I do both sides still :mjlol: One 50 just makes my core work harder to stay straight up than one 50 on each side, since they balance each other and just pull straight down

I never understood why people want to reinvent the wheel. How do burpee hops help more than something like jumping rope or running?

I saw a video a couple days ago about this. Only way I would mess with them is on grass. All that momentum going forward could be a disaster waiting to happen on less forgiving surface. They would definitely get that heart rate high as a mug quickly though.
I should probably stop doing them in my driveway then :lupe:. Gonna head to the track near my house.
