I saw a video a couple days ago about this. Only way I would mess with them is on grass. All that momentum going forward could be a disaster waiting to happen on less forgiving surface. They would definitely get that heart rate high as a mug quickly though.Ya'll fukk with Burpee hops?

They expedite the process. Also I wrestle so the constant level change is a good habit for me to get into.
