I don’t have a specific recipe but what I do is

1 cup of oats, 1.5 cup of almond milk, some blueberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, bit of honey.

Modify the add-ons to your tastes.
Mix and let it sit overnight?

And yes these sound like stupid questions but I tried once and goofed so yeah :francis:

With the way things panned out this month, my next “check-in” will be July 4th. Give myself a proper 10-week run. Was originally meant to be Juneteenth, but need to push things out.

Will do another dry period outside of MDW, Juneteenth weekend and July 4th. Save the enjoyment for when it’s really gonna hit.

Let me return from my work trip so I can get back to it tomorrow

I have a seat cushion on my stationary bike which helps but I honestly don't spend more than 30-45 minutes on any cardio equipment. I run/walk when I'm doing cardio for longer than that.
