How the hell do people use this thing? The seat is killing me. It’s been 12 minutes and my balls ache.
I have a seat cushion on my stationary bike which helps but I honestly don't spend more than 30-45 minutes on any cardio equipment. I run/walk when I'm doing cardio for longer than that.

The real cyclist use cycling shorts which has extra padding in the shorts. With out the extra padding, cyclist are prone to getting ED because of the extra pressure placed on the perineum.

I have a Schwinn IC4 and I swapped out the original seat for the extra comfort seat.

4.4 mile run yesterday.

Good AM upper body workout today, planning for an AM leg workout tomorrow.

In the month since my holiday and work travels, nudged up about 2lbs. Not ideal, but expected as my activity levels dropped a lot on holiday and I was eating and drinking good.

But I’m back now in my routine. Locked and loaded till at least July 4th

One word for my leg workout today: punishing.

Goblet squats were particularly taxing. But now I’ve gotten my upper and lower body return workouts in so it should be smoother sailing next week and beyond.

but losing this body fat is a slow slow process. Been hitting the inclined walks at least 3 days a week, will up to 5 days.

Glad you’re adding walking to your routine.

What has been successful for me in dropping body fat this past quarter was getting 10-12K steps a day. In addition to lifting and watching my diet.

Doing a lot of cardio ain’t the move IMO. Most of us just want to be lean with some definition.

A bit of soccer in the late afternoon :ehh:
Hit ole girl with three rounds in the evening

I woke up this morning absolutely knackered

But I’m still about to go play soccer in 30 mins :blessed: and I’ll do a light 20 mile cycle tomorrow :russ:

How do you know the difference between weak calves and shin splits?

To tell the difference between the two is pain location.

Shin splints pain is typically along the shinbone (tibia), often on the inner side, while running or jumping, and tenderness to touch along the shinbone.

Calf pain may be more generalized in the calf muscle, or may be felt as fatigue rather than sharp pain.Tenderness may be present in the calf muscles, but may not be as pronounced as shin splints.
