Alright came back and cleaned my plate. Finished with a superset of bicep curls and pushups. Leg raises and lunges. Weighted Bulgarian squats and regular squats :blessed:. I'm grateful I got to the point where I can superset pull-ups and dips now. My next goal is to do muscle ups

Getting outside a lot more, my Apple Watch is really great for showing me how active I am, and can track workouts. For now still on natural activity but much increased, closing my rings.

My best bet for actual exercise (cardio) is getting dad to take our son more, so I can go on runs. For now I’ll start some yoga at home though. Still walking.

Man I really gotta figure out this schedule thing. I took Tuesday off but I still feel sore from Monday. Nothing crazy but i feel like i was rushing when I did RDLs on Monday, which was stupid, but when you're trying to squeeze in a workout before bed this is the type of stuff that you can make yourself susceptible to. Plan today was to do banded pull-ups, dips, and core work. I don't plan on skipping so we'll see how that works out

In retrospect this always happens. By 3pm I was completely ready to go :pachaha:. Still, I only had an hour to work with and I think I was able to maximize my time by incorpating holds and negatives at the end of every set. Trying to do dip negatives was pretty sus but I can feel myself getting more stable and holding the weight better. Either cardioaand or yoga Friday then back at it again Saturday

Got to the gym late so leg day was modified. No barbell lifts but the leg pump was A1.

Evening leg day done. Strength is still there, endurance lacking a bit.

Tomorrow back to the 5AM workouts and will be 2/2 to start May.

Next week Friday I got my rescheduled physical so I’m working to ensure the yo-yo weight settles by then (some is water weight, some is a slight increase from April). Put a stake in the ground after the physical and push on consistently from there.

Next 9 weeks are a grind. We move.
