Alright came back and cleaned my plate. Finished with a superset of bicep curls and pushups. Leg raises and lunges. Weighted Bulgarian squats and regular squats

. Still, I only had an hour to work with and I think I was able to maximize my time by incorpating holds and negatives at the end of every set. Trying to do dip negatives was pretty sus but I can feel myself getting more stable and holding the weight better. Either cardioaand or yoga Friday then back at it again Saturday
