Decent upper body AM workout. 3/3.

Initially was going to shorten the workout so I could meet my former manager in the city but she pushed to tomorrow so I’m good

The morning workouts really help me when it comes to nutrition during the day. It may all in my head, but I feel I make better nutrition choices after a great workout.

Ayo planet fitness ain’t that bad.

I recently moved and a PF is literally across the street so I went to hit it up for a free day pass during peak hours.

Nothing but old people and youngins not knowing what the fukk they’re doing. No steroids nikkaz trying to show out or whores coming in half naked with tripods.

If you ain’t trying to deadlift 600lbs or do power cleans, this is the spot for the price.

It's bad in the sense that they only have smith machines which means you never learn to lift properly there. That said, most people just want to be in decent shape so its the perfect gym for the average person.
