I tweaked my thumb a bit on Tuesday stubbornly trying to rep out dips on a bar that was too wide. Recovered in time for today's workout and didn't have any issues besides trying to do diamond push-ups. Forgot that I was supposed to add hammer curls into the rotation and ended up doing a superset with narrow push-ups. I'm debating if I should move up to 30s for the hammer curls. I don't usually do them but 25 felt pretty light today. Just dont want to over fatigue myself and have nothing left for the following day

6.25 mile run complete (1/4 of a marathon)

Wanted to do the gym but already hit upper body and lower body 2x this week quite well.

Going to the gym for arms and abs just isn’t enough, especially with the structure of my current plan

I wanted to move Fridays to a “free” exercise day regardless eg run, boxing, soccer, swimming etc. Just to keep things fresh

I’m on a cut anyway, we move :manny:

I couldn't even get half way through my program. The day isn't over tho so imma just go for round 2 :manny:
