Starting Strength or basically some variation of a 5x5
This seems like a relatively basic programme, no accessory work at first glance, but perhaps I am only seeing the novice programming. I would say I am on an intermediate level. But I'll have to see if I can find the books, they might offer more insights.Starting Strength is what I would recommend but you're going to struggle with recovery. I wouldn't recommend trying to do both.
