Been doing cardio early morning and weights mid afternoon while cutting. Went from 22% body fat to 11%. Got sick for a week and decided to take another week off because i was still meh with no energy. I should of just push through after i felt better. And honestly, i could of lifted through the sickness as it was an upper respitory issue.Rest from what?
I was only eating 1700 cals a day. My normal cuts are usually 2100. I went more aggressive this cut. Literally ate nothing but proteins and fruits/veggies.
