5:30am - 7am PST. The golden 90 mins for me to lift M-F

I swear if you’re not working out regularly, your mental state isn’t optimal
Moving your body for an extended period is something we have gotten away from as a society. Wish more people would implement a 30 minute walk into their daily routine. I believe everyone would benefit from something that simple.

Agree with this 100%. 8k-10k steps daily should be the floor of physical exercise for the general population.

But when you’re getting in daily, moderately strenuous exercise, you really operate on a different level.

Hmmmmm…squats gonna be interesting. Once I push closer to 3 plates I start getting those lower back twinges. I may have to include something for lower back. Like hyper extensions.

Just sucks that PT takes a month to get on their schedule.

Should record yourself squatting and watch the footage back to see if something is off with your form/technique.

The leg day was still supreme even with those lower back twinges.

At work now and just feel so wired

Definitely. I think are addicted to different stages of it, the routine, waking up early, doing the workouts or completion.

Also seeing results, even the smallest results can fuel that addiction.
Would you say the exhaustion being tired is addictive?

Over the years there has been criticism about doing crunches. However, I still find them to be very effective. You get a lot of bang for your buck.
