the whole busy angle is BS cause it's only a phonecall. the time she's talking to you she would have had time to do it. It could also be a way for her to stay "tied" with you. By being dependent on you on playing on your sympathy, she is keeping a firm grip on the control she has over you. Your sympathy for her is her way of manipulating you. She'll only do as much as she needs to do to stay in your cypher, never more than necessary.

breh she KNOWS what she's gotta do. She has full control of her line, meaning she can call anytime to transfer the number to her own name. I told her if she's not gonna take the line over, i'm cancelling it. Thats why i got the sob story of her needing time cause she's busy. Except the problem is this bytch has negative credit. When we went to get her an account, she couldn't sign up cause of her negative credit. So i put her on my own account but with no contract. The conditions were that she would pay directly to the account once a month. She did do that.
