Work out all the time and still lookBrehs....
That's what I'm saying, I workout as a measurement for preventive health, miss me with taking all these unregulated supplements, eating pure garbage, and lifting excessive weight with atrocious form, trying to get big as fukk, just to mainly impress other men.No reason to be a strong fat person if health is a concern.
Cholesterol dont care that you can bench press an ox.
Side note.....was talking to a older (45-50ish) strong fat dude at the gym the other day who had donated a bunch of great bars to it (fat bars, hex bars, bent bars, etc). He was showing me the bent bar he uses for squats because he cant hold a straight bar on his back because his shoulder mobility is so poor that he cant reach that high. He blamed it on his 'age'.....
biking up hills.Goal for this fall-winter is to slap on some leg+glute mass. Any tips are welcome
Depends on your goals but it seems fine. I'm about 10%bf and that's a split I i often end up with. Overall caloric output is most important. So long as you're getting at least 0.8g protein for every pound you weigh - there's no problem. So got my scales yesterday so I can start weighing my shyt.
I didn't realise how many calories there was in olive oil. fukk. I just had 3/4 tablespoons and it's like 400 calories.
Also, yesterday I had a split of 35% carbs, 30% fat and 35% protein. That aint good right?
Yo this Cac Fit movement is picking up heavy steam over here, .shytes a fitness fascade at best....these Crossfit instructors getting their credentials in one weekend. Apparently Greg Glassman (I just googled this Fat Fukk of a Founder ) charges them 500 a pop, everyone leaves with a badge. Kinda like in kindergarten when we all received ribbons. Cross Fit instructors have no perception of "limit" .....I observe it daily at my gym, the crowd CF pulls in has little to no lifting experience prior to joining. THEN, they are quickly moved up the ladder to handle weight they are not capable of dealing with. Pulls, tears, injuries will ensure; especially when instructor credentials were earned in ONE weekend seminar. I guess takes a special brand of sheep to continue paying top $$$/£££ a month to be falsely praised for their placebo like progress.
Q: How can you tell a cross fitter works out?
A: .....they tell you about it
- Another "gem" from the CF community. This blows my mind. Kipping Dips! You have to be kidding me, Jerking, swinging, kipping, and pulling ferociously for 'max reps' is borderline unhealthy/dangerous.
