Yall aint see my Deadlifts on the Smith machine video huh

Fun food tip... shredding chicken enables u to push the chicken/rice ratio in meals much higher. Up to damn near dangerous levels.

I made something that started with the ingredients for Jamaican rice and peas and brown stewed chicken... but I shredded the chicken and used whole grain rice... it's a little mealy and doesn't look that good but the taste and protein :ahh:

morning runs are the way...i have such an appreciation for them...the area i moved to is very woodsy but scenic..the 2 miles i run seem to fly by..although last week those cold mornings let me know im gonna have to buy some new attire for that outside running real soon

I walk to work and it's :ahh: with this fall weather. I spend 8hrs sitting so walking helps negate that. Gonna have to drive when it gets cold though.

On another note brehs, I'm really trying to perfect my Kipping Deadlifts, but I'm afraid my vegan when people are looking diet is slowing down my gains. Any advice on how I can get the energy to do 42 sets of 50 on this manoeuvre without eating any real food ? :lupe:

Also, what do I need to train so that I can do all my exercises one handed, leaving my other hand free to snap instagram photos of myself?:lupe:

Is it inefficient to do just strength training during winter? I do all my cardio out doors and once it gets cold I am not going to be about that life.

Even tho im still a skinny nicca and still on this fitness journey. i gotta give thanks to my genetics..

I have naturally wide shoulders and a v-shape even before i started working out.. :wow:


I gotta fill out this frame.. eating is the hardest part for me :bryan:

Is it inefficient to do just strength training during winter? I do all my cardio out doors and once it gets cold I am not going to be about that life.
Inefficient for fat loss or another goal? I never really do cardio, only lift weights and walk during my lunch hour, and have had a steady loss/maintenance.
I can't wait till November is here, it may actually get below 75 around Houston and I can finally go to the park!

I got mean mugged by a stranger at the gym.
Back story...
I am joggin on the threadmill. Person A is on an exercise bicycle in front me. Person A gets done with her workout and is wiping down the seat and stuff. Person B is working out about 15 yards away in the weight lifting section of the gym. I was kind of peeping Person A wiping down the exercise bicycle. Then, I look up to watch the game, Bears vs. Jets, on one of the overhead TVs. I see that Person B, a dude, is giving me a mean mug. Person B has been seen chatting it up with Person A.

Isn't walking cardio though? I would be strictly doing weights, well dumb bells and maybe resistance bands. Right now I do both cardio and strength. Just wasn't sure if I cut cardio out all together would it be a "bad" thing.
