I generally agree with @HHROn leg days, is it cool to do front squats, back sqiats and deads on the same day? Ive read different views, i feel fine after anyway but wanted to make sure im not gonna fukk myself up or anything
Managed to do 100kg front squat today
140kg back squat
And 140kg on deads i think fatigue got me at the end i can do more
But based on your post you were fatigued doing Deads. If that's the case I don't think doing all three is ideal. Those are major movements so if fatigue is a factor, form is going I break and injury could occur.
As usual my question is what is your goal and are you doing things (rest, nutrition, etc) that will support that type of volume for an extended period.
