On leg days, is it cool to do front squats, back sqiats and deads on the same day? Ive read different views, i feel fine after anyway but wanted to make sure im not gonna fukk myself up or anything

Managed to do 100kg front squat today
140kg back squat
And 140kg on deads i think fatigue got me at the end i can do more
I generally agree with @HHR

But based on your post you were fatigued doing Deads. If that's the case I don't think doing all three is ideal. Those are major movements so if fatigue is a factor, form is going I break and injury could occur.

As usual my question is what is your goal and are you doing things (rest, nutrition, etc) that will support that type of volume for an extended period.

Well pretty solid day for strength for my push day. Did 10 x 3 on flat bench & OHP. Got all the way up to 225 as my 1RM for bench. For overhead press I got up to 110 as my 1RM as I failed with 115. Obviously could of done more if I started with OHP. I'm learning very quickly that high volume is a whole different animal. As my incline & decline numbers are lower then they would be if they were my focus.

Question for my brehs that meal prep, what containers you use for your food? There's a lot of different options and I'm not sure what to go with

What are done good tips for improving your bench?

To improve your bench you need strong back, work on your lats, traps and middle back. Your back muscles are important because when you add heavy weight to your bench, you need a good foundation to press the weight. Without a strong back your body will sink into the bench.

Also, do more dumbbell bench press( flat and incline) and hit that dip bar.
