After 5 long days my back pain is gone

I like 5x5 a lot. I end up hitting legs twice a workout three times a weekI replaced the rows in workout A with romanian deadlifts, which kills two birds with one stone (1: I felt hammies didn't get enough work, but 2: still needed to hit lats hard).
I didn't know they had recommended numbers to start withI ended up with a modified "5x5" myself...My ego couldn't go with the recommended SL starting squat weight at 190...
My legs respond VERY well to being worked out 2+ times a week...Watched my old squat videos when I was doing 4 plates and studied my form...got my preferred foot width...which had been way too narrow. Was afraid of 315 a few weeks ago and now I'm back to 335 and did a few reps with ease.

Personal best 1rm on the bench yesterday. 235. I think last Christmas it was around 200. Not the best progress, but my bench has always moved slow. Overall, pretty happy![]()
Wish I incorporated core exercises years ago
shyt been clutch and I can already notice more lose in my abs in 1 month
Also it helps my lower back strength like hell...
