half gym week is what i planned then off to my parents house for 4 days to indulge in my food, liquor, and cigar vices...moms hits me up raving about her new gym and wants me to go with her to it when i touch down...:francis: i wanted to be easy but what my mother wants i guess :wow:

whats a good preworkout brehs? i couldnt even lift these 95lb dumbbells off my chest for db press tonight. i was embarrassed:mjcry: especially since i was able to do 4 reps of 3 sets last week

I hate it if you in the gym and somehow a coupel of factors come together and youre workout isnt as good as it normally is.
Happened to me recently and I fukkin hate it. Fortunately I'm dealing with this very very few times but if its such a day, its annoying af

Came back from the 99 cent store. They had the quarts of non fat plain Greek yogurt for a dollar and it doesn't expire till the 12th :banderas: bought 5 of them

Every time I try to lift heavy I end up w/ some minor ache and/or pain the next day.
I gotta start lifting in the 8-12 rep range now :snoop:

I figured that shyt out long ago.................................

I still get down in the 4-6 rep range.... but I will take like 2 weeks off of that shyt at a time. I can do the 8-12 rep range all day every dayay :stylin: :old:
