A fleeting childhood
Forgot to mention . I did a 4 day water fast for spirtual reasons. Lost about ten pounds and feel all around better. Really noticed the effect food hasn’t on me once I started eating again. During my fast I only had electrolyte water, black coffee and plain tea.


There’s a lot of sugar in a lot of things :hhh:


On the workout side, I’ve cut back to three days a week and spend significantly more time in the gym. Currently upper lower then full body. Gonna take my dog for a walk later today while wearing a 20lb vest :manny:

Can’t find the post but @portcityplaya i actually take a lot of vitamins. At first I did have an aversion to taking them because I grew up in a household where people were taking like 6 pills every 5 hours but the stuff I’m taking is just to try to maximize my health.

Zinc
Magnesium
A men’s one a day complete multivitamin
Fish oil
Vitamin e
Milk thistle for the short term


If anything imma piss out anything my body don’t use

The multi vitamin doesn't cover most of the stuff you listed?

I just buy wheat germ for the vitamin e part and mix in a smoothie

Thought my leg workout yesterday was light work since I wasn’t as tired as I usually am after legs, got damn did that shyt hit my hams today.

Did arms and back today, then went to jog the lake, took a break and started walking at the halfway point, legs locked up something fierce. Still finished my jog, but bro :sadcam:

What’s y’all thoughts on a deload week? Do y’all do deloads?



I been hitting it pretty hard and consistent with steady forward progress but now I’m getting sluggish and all my joints are starting to ache a little.. I plan on just taking it easy for a week if only just for a mental break. Just dnt want to get burned out mentally or physically:manny:
