first time feeling sore lats from doing a shyt ton of pushups. praise God 


this is the only day i really do weights for my upper, other days is mainly bodyweight or leg daysI would move the dips to the first group with tricep cable press down going to the third group and the DB Bench press to the second group with chest flyes moving to third group. 30K feet view is that those are more difficult and you want max effort on them.switching up my upper day...trisets, 1-2 min cardio after completing each set 3x, wondering how this looks to yall. too much shoulder activation in the second set? should i break the third into two supersets?this is the only day i really do weights for my upper, other days is mainly bodyweight or leg days

Of those, the ones part of my regular routines are deadlifts, squats, lunges, and dips. They mentioned chin ups, but I prefer to do pull ups.
