switching up my upper day...trisets, 1-2 min cardio after completing each set 3x, wondering how this looks to yall. too much shoulder activation in the second set? should i break the third into two supersets? :jbhmm: this is the only day i really do weights for my upper, other days is mainly bodyweight or leg days

  • curls
  • tricep cable press down
  • lat pull down
  • chest flyes
  • dips
  • upright row
  • shoulder press
  • single arm row
  • dumbbell bench press
  • hammer curls

  • dips
  • upright row
  • shoulder press
  • single arm row
  • dumbbell bench press
  • hammer curls
I would move the dips to the first group with tricep cable press down going to the third group and the DB Bench press to the second group with chest flyes moving to third group. 30K feet view is that those are more difficult and you want max effort on them.

but I mean...if youre doing Chest and Tri's in the morning...are you doing back and bi's at night?
Yes that’s what I been doing

Morning yesterday I did chest hard and cardio then came back at night and did biceps, tri, some back

I just have more free time lately since I finished school I wanna take advantage of it while I can

Man gotta get this diet in order, I think i'm the only breh that doesn't get enough carbs/too much fat. :picard:



Gym has finally started to die down:ehh::banderas: But I gotta do standing overhead press today:damn:
