There's no pump like that incline hammer press pump. I'm about to switch from incline dumbell press to that for about six weeks.

I did those rows.

Put a flat bench on the little stands they use for box squats and jumps. Rest the barbell on the inside edge of the stand.

My back is on fire.

I did them like pendlay rows with a dead stop at the bottom.

They isolate the back so well. Was thinking about doing them today since today is back day for me but I tweaked my lower back yesterday so I’m doing chest today.

You really don't feel it on your lower back with these. I'm switching T bar out for it....your entire upper back has to be tight or the weight is not coming up.

It's definitely an upper back workout but I'm moving back day until Tuesday, possibly Thursday. Part of my back day involves Deadlifts and lower-back extensions. With this slight lower back injury I don't want to risk it, so I'm just giving it an additional day for rest. I might even have to skip my soccer league game on Wednesday because that involves a lot of quick lateral movements and change of directions that can exert a lot of pressure on the spine.

these injuries got my game so fukked up that this season isn't even fun

strained left groin so i can't stretch for any balls or i can feel it tweak. unfortunately my brain forgets this mid-match so i aggravate it every game.
sprained knee, calf contusion and high ankle sprain all on my right leg from a collision w/ the goalie last week. i thought i broke my leg when it first happened. definitely gave the goalie a concussion. any kind of clash makes it go numb from the knee down for at least 5 mins and i have to come out. so i can barely play defense (can't tackle at all) when im normally a brick wall.

and we still have 5 games left :sadcam:

looks like it'll be another week on the exercise bike instead of getting in any leg day. at least my cardio is going up big time.
