I did those rows.
Put a flat bench on the little stands they use for box squats and jumps. Rest the barbell on the inside edge of the stand.
My back is on fire.
I did them like pendlay rows with a dead stop at the bottom.
They isolate the back so well. Was thinking about doing them today since today is back day for me but I tweaked my lower back yesterday so I’m doing chest today.
You really don't feel it on your lower back with these. I'm switching T bar out for it....your entire upper back has to be tight or the weight is not coming up.
