What are you eating? 2 hours is my absolute cutoff, prefer not to eat within 3, days and why i prefer morning workouts, but what you eat makes a big difference. Keep it really simple, don’t do things with too much fiber - veggies fruit - don’t do processed food - protein bars shakes, especially if they have high fiber - and don’t do heavy fats like cheese.How many hrs before? I eat oatmeal and toast. Today I had fruit and almonds and got nauseous towards the end of my workout.What are you eating? 2 hours is my cutoff and why i prefer morning workouts, but what you eat makes a big difference. Keep it really simple, don’t do things with too much fiber - veggies fruit - don’t do processed food - protein bars shakes, especially if they have high fiber - and don’t do heavy fats like cheese.
Things I can eat in that 2 hour range and not be sick:
- rice cake with pb
- plain Greek yogurt with berries
- oatmeal (can eat a couple egg whites with it or some Greek yogurt)
But I wouldn’t really force it, as long as you’re not getting dizzy during your workouts don’t worry about proper “pre feeding” if you’re generally eating a high quality diet. just focus on good post workout nutrition, your gains will be fine.

Hmm, ok. Do you feel bad when you eat oatmeal or toast? If not, stick to things like that, maybe add a spoonful of peanut butter with it. Or See if you can try one of your workouts in the morning before you eat. If you feel better, then you just might need a longer cutoff before working out.Upset stomach like I got to throw up

I’m a just start eating a big meal the night before. I’m getting stronger it’s just a slow process and I do got a weak stomachMy boy is like that you probably have a weak stomach like him
