need a form check on my squats, either pushing too low for my range or, most likely, curving my back/butt out too far. lower back has hurt the past two weeks after squatting.
my trainer tried hard to switch me to front squats, but i can't get the bar positioned right, ends up hurting my collar bone, then i overcompensate with my hands and end up hurting my wrists
i did just buy some straps, so maybe i'll go early on a sunday and figure out how to use them
