how often do you all take gym breaks?

I take 5 days off Monday-Friday every 12 weeks and than come back and test my max lifts and get right back into a 12 week program. But also I generally only work out 4-5 times a week.

Yep. Cut all the way from 180 to 160 and I don’t like it tbh. Sure I like the flat stomach but a nikka tryna get big now, especially with the winter coming up. We on the path to 190 now :jawalrus:

In the midst of 3 matches in 7 days so it's just cardio rn

2nd match in a row we tied when we should've won. Everybody just wants to play offense and go for solo glory rather than making the simple play and not bother getting back on D so we ship goals like a motherfukker.

I'm tired of being 3 on 1 (+ goalie) on goal and some dikkhead just shoots it at the defenders shins every time, when I always pass it off in that situation. shyt like that just kills my motivation to make runs because I know I'm not getting the ball. And folks are like "well last year they beat us 5-0 and we could barely get on the ball. You should be happy." fukk that we would've ran them off the field tonight if people would play for the team instead of for themselves

I see nothing to be happy about when we're 0-1-2 so far in this league and should be 3-0 if people would play right. So I'll just play defense and even if I don't enjoy it, at least we'll end up winning :unimpressed:

Side note: Hit a nice 30 min jog this morning. That runner's high cannot be beat. Going to Road Runner this weekend to cop some new shoes and some knee sleeves. Back to running for fall
