Never visited this thread but props to all the brehs who exercise and put in the work to become the best version of yaselves..... been a gym head for like 2-3 years now, I play ball so it's tough to always keep on the gains when I'm not eating as much as I should n I'm a hardgainer off top but I'm never trippin
Currently
6'6" and like 185 
but I'm 5% BF, 6-pack, striations n cuts all over me so nikkas know
Goal for 2020 is 220 while staying sub 10%, I wanna try my shot at pro ball so we'll see how it goes.
Gonna post progress here, consistency is key fellas put that work in and see the results you want......
Edit: Stats btw....... 265 bench, 350 Squat, 335 Deadlift (50 pounds outta 1k club
