Never visited this thread but props to all the brehs who exercise and put in the work to become the best version of yaselves..... been a gym head for like 2-3 years now, I play ball so it's tough to always keep on the gains when I'm not eating as much as I should n I'm a hardgainer off top but I'm never trippin

Currently 6'6" and like 185 :bryan:but I'm 5% BF, 6-pack, striations n cuts all over me so nikkas know :birdman:

Goal for 2020 is 220 while staying sub 10%, I wanna try my shot at pro ball so we'll see how it goes.
Gonna post progress here, consistency is key fellas put that work in and see the results you want......

Edit: Stats btw....... 265 bench, 350 Squat, 335 Deadlift (50 pounds outta 1k club :takedat:)

I'm doing fasted workouts, 1 meal a day, limited on meat:whoa:, plenty of water and orange juice
No matter what I work on,I include core and squats

Mandatory :salute:gotta have that stamina..... iunno bout squats every session but stretching n core always..... some of my nikkas tell me I be in the gym too long but I always feel great n rarely ever worry about injuries cause I always get in good stretch session n core workout too, take my time on my workouts n focus on the essence of the movements n mind/muscle connection.... being in tune pushes you to new heights.

Think im gonna throw flat bench to the bushes and just focus on incline bench and dips for chest development

The flat bench is cool and I like doing it, but people really sleep on incline bench :wow:

The flat bench is cool and I like doing it, but people really sleep on incline bench :wow:
Flat bench is just boring as hell to me, and progressing in incline directly influences your flat going up too
