Brehs my little piece of advice is if you eat a lot and I ate a ton the last 10 days

at least offset it by doing 45-60 mins step machine cardio the next day I burn 1100 cals in that time

that way you minimize the fat gains

I been on that wave for the last 10 days

But bad eating and minimal cardio and you’ll be fukked up badly

My 2 cents

Gonna reconfigure my eca stack regimen..:snoop:

That shyt will have your mind in another zone:whew:

I did EC like 7 yrs ago and it was lit. Only thing that sucked was the soar throat I got at first because it dried out all my mucus but my body adapted it and it was cool. I was dropping like 3-4 lbs a week on it. Def may give it a run once I get close to reaching my goal for the last few lbs.

Is 100 pushups, 100 squats, and 100 situps (or whatever variation of that) okay to preserve muscle/strength for a few weeks?

Asking due to lack of access to a gym for a few weeks.

No, absolutely not.

You'd also have to run a 10k too, and do that every day until your hair falls out.

So is that a yes or no?

That was a One Punch Man reference + sarcasm. (It was stated that the main character became a physical god by doing that workout and running a 10k every day for 3 years.)

You can try to maintain while your gym is closed but expect a small to moderate decrease in strength when you return.

The loss of lean muscle probably won't be that noticeable if it's only a few weeks but nothing you do at home calisthenics-wise is really a substitute for lifting.
