Today is a rest day but I’ll be on my feet for a few hours working today. I think my clavicle needs stretching and I’m a little sore. Back at it tomorrow.

i did 500 pushups earlier and didnt even get a pump in my chest :dwillhuh:

yeah i do that too, and with a plate on my back but high volume should still get me a pump - i dont know wtf that was. i wasnt taking long breaks either and my form is always perfect
How many reps per set?

So instead of taking a shot of 2 or 3 or 4 of tequila while watching sports and being nervous i nerve ate.
Ate half a damn tray of a cream cheese danish loaf then said ya know what this aint good.
So i ate half a bag of baby carrots.
Welp at least thats over with until next august

Going to try to go to my gym today. hopefully it's not crazy:patrice::lupe: Noting puts me back onto the :flabbynsick: train like crowded gyms.

I guess I can just do cardio if that's the case.:ld:

Time is an illusion but it's so promising to think about the fact that if you stay consistent from now, you can literally be in the top 5-10% of all brehs by the end of the year. (Top 1 for me :ufdup:)

4-5 workouts/week, 4 weeks, 12 months.... at least 170 solid workouts can be had and as long as you're diet is on par, there's NO WAY you can't slim down or bulk up. It's impossible.

First full week of the new year/decade starts in 2 days, take a sec to sit down and visualize the physique you want for yourself n map out a plan. Get help from this sub, a gym breh in real life, bodybuilding forums, Youtube, whatever you gotta do but the tools n information is out there, we just have to be disciplined n stick with it.

Ima post a pic here tomorrow if I can before I start on my heavy bulking cycle so I can Lead by Example n show my progress.

This year/decade is our bytch.

Go consistently, start slow, and make continual progress. The impact fitness makes on your life can be tremendous.

You brehs GET IT!

You know when you get in that fukking zone where nothing or no one can derail your focus.

It's not just effort its also design. From training to diet to sleep to the right supplements, etc.

I swear to you out of all ppl at the gym I notice 5%, 10% is a little generous but the 5% are not fukking playing games. I adopted that attitude back in August when i signed up with my online coach, got all the way down to 9% bodyfat, learned what i needed to learn and now since I understand my body so much more, I flipped my plan to a lean bulk and heavier weights PPL program.

Don't follow trends, don't listen to the media/IG type fitness ppl, there are no shortcuts, this shyt is a lonely journey but one that will strengthen your mind beyond anything you can imagine. Do your research, cross reference the information, and in some cases trial and error will help in deciding what is the best way to go.

I never claim to have all the answers, I'm always a work in progress. But can't nobody fukk with me when i step in the gym for that 60-75 mins. Airpods on, no socializing, man on a mission.

You gonna get the comments, "wow you gotta pack all that food for work?", "you're always in the gym take it easy", "have a drink , live a little" :camby:

LETS GO BREHS. I'm 1 week into the new year and I'm on a roll.
