. Im out of breath pretty fast, cant get away with no specific cardio anymore it seems 
I really don't understand that shyt. Do they have their own shyt at home and stealing them for home use? Otherwise, fukk are you doing with some damn clamps? I hate looking all around the gym for them sometimes wondering how they could be in a shortage and shyt.Gonna have to buy my own weight clamps to bring to the gym
Ask the baddie that works here for a pair of clamps n she said they only got 2 now n both lent out, they started out with 24 of em but ppl steal em![]()

pissed my boys off today in the gym I was bumping level up by Ciara and dancing killing bench 
Is it possible to cut out the chai, ale, almond milk and snapple completely?The scale is down, total of five lbs lost which I think should be a little more. I won’t complain though. I know my sleep hygiene is poor, so my goal going forward is to get at least 8 hrs every night. I am def upping my water intake, it’s not that I drink a bunch of other stuff (bc I don’t besides chai tea lattes w/ almond milk, a Snapple and ginger ale not in the same week) but my bladder is small.
I did weights (a circuit of machines plus free) today, 30 mins and tried out the 20 lb dumbbell, it was fine.
Is it possible to cut out the chai, ale, almond milk and snapple completely?
