face.it may help if i provided picture examples.I'll bite. BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) refer to a group of 3 specific amino acids. Amino acids are simply the building blocks of protein. You don't need them.
Whey isolate is simply a type of whey protein (there is also concentrate, blends, hydrolyzed whey, etc). You are not at a point yet where this means anything to you. Also, please be advised that, biologically, there is no such thing as a protein for women (I know what you mean though). Protein is protein and 'protein for men' will work just as good as protein for women. Get whatever fits your budget and macros and won't jack up your stomach. Some people react differently to different supplements.
Not sure what Burn is (sounds like a fat burner). Fat burners are super overrated (most do nothing) and very few supplements are actually worth spending money on. Protein, creatine, certain vitamins/minerals for those deficient, and a few others.
I would skip both and if you can eat a full meal after training then you might not need the whey eitherit may help if i provided picture examples.
So this was the whey protein i got that i picked up at walmart. I realized soon after it had a much smaller amount gram wise of protein than others i;ve seen...and upped the price. An L i took, but whatever.

when i went to the health food store, the attendant showed me a particular brand with a supplement that would help metabolize fat and still give me the boost needed like a pre-workout would.

i guess my concern came from if i took this, and took BCAAs after a workout instead of whey would that be too much on my body? I'm just seeking other ways to endure a little more at the gym. I'm fairly new at all this.
i usually go to the gym at around 10:30-11 at night (gym anxiety, nikkas like to come in that hoe 9-10 deep and hog all the machines if i go earlier). I usually eat dinner at around 7 at night. Usually i just take my protein and go to bed after working outI would skip both and if you can eat a full meal after training then you might not need the whey either
