Talking to yourself and hyping yourself up as legendary to get through leg extensions and machine leg press.

Bruh it was double the people there than how it used to be pre rona when I went at that time sometimes.
Used to be me and maybe a group of 3-5 other folks.
Yesterday it was at least 10 other folks in there.
I wasnt takin that mask off that Rona be in the air like Phil Collins

Its smart. I drove by on monday at like 9 am a d the parking lot was packed. I aint tryin to be up in there sharing air with all them people. Especially them nasty ass peckerwoods who have 0 hygiene as is.
Imma try to create a new space at midnight.
Gonna have to change EVERYTHING around

Don't get me wrong, I can feel you on tryna not to share oxygen with these people, but everyone else is gonna make the same observations and try to move the same way.

People do the same thing during the New Year's resolution spikes. Ole "I'm afraid of being intimidated/ getting judged/ feeling bad about myself/ getting gym-bullied by @All-Black the Necroverse so I'm just going to go when it's not that crowded" ass nikkas. I'll see people at 4AM the first 3 weeks after the holiday that I ain't never seen come at that time all year.

I’m just going to follow a 3 day fullbody 1 metcon 1 cardio until my lifts get back to normal and I will go back to an upper/lower split.

That 2 months plus off from the gym has me extremely weak...I used to be able to DL 405 for 5 reps...However I tried to pull it today in my work up and couldn’t grab it. All of my lifts are much weaker.

I’m just going to follow a 3 day fullbody 1 metcon 1 cardio until my lifts get back to normal and I will go back to an upper/lower split.
Like couldn’t get it off the ground?

breh I got it up but couldn’t lock it out it literally went right back down...but i do remember I was nursing tenosyndvitis before that so I have new pulling good weight since I finally got to the 500 club. But yeah I am weak but my cardio has improved.
