Have to keep up on your cardio. I'm glad that I forced myself to run outside even though I hated it
I wasn't trying to lose anything though.
I hopped on the treadmill (first time doing cardio in 3 weeks) after lifting for like 2 and half hours and jogged a slow-ass mile and nearly died.

. Always better to know you have the ability to train hard and improve physique than to have decent physique but can’t train hard or be strong IMO.
