i almost never feel sore the day after shoulder workouts. i realize soreness isn't a good gauge on ur workout intensity, however, i'm still somewhat concerned about my delts progress
i lift heavy with em, 5-8 reps...but i read somewhere that lowering the weight and increasing the reps is actually better for deltoids mass? can anyone confirm?
