question:

i almost never feel sore the day after shoulder workouts. i realize soreness isn't a good gauge on ur workout intensity, however, i'm still somewhat concerned about my delts progress

i lift heavy with em, 5-8 reps...but i read somewhere that lowering the weight and increasing the reps is actually better for deltoids mass? can anyone confirm?

What is the gvt I need to get my shoulders to quit laggin

10x10 with 50-60% of your max...your 1RM strength will decrease a little, but the size and striations. :blessed:

Bench Press
Back Rows
OHP/ DB Press
Squats

That's the jist of it. :ehh:

You guys have me ready to get in on the GVT wave. Gonna have to do a baseline day to see what my max is currently on all my lifts this weekend.

Somebody post their full routine? I know it's been said a million times, but I'm lazy

I got signed up for a string of 89 straight days, no day off, at work :merchant:

Gonna be interesting to see how I can fit my gym time in when I know I gotta drag my ass outta bed EVERY day
